01引言Introduction

OmyPicture(以下简称「我们」或「本 App」)是一款面向 macOS 的本地图片浏览与处理工具。我们坚持「本地优先」的产品理念:你的图片、文件夹与使用习惯,从未离开你的设备。本隐私政策旨在以清晰、坦诚的方式说明我们如何处理(以及更重要的——不处理)你的信息。 OmyPicture (“we”, “us” or “the App”) is a local-first image viewer and editor for macOS. Your images, folders and habits never leave your device. This Privacy Policy explains, clearly and honestly, how we handle — and more importantly, do not handle — your information.

02我们收集的信息Information We Collect

我们不收集任何个人数据。具体而言,我们不收集: We collect no personal data. Specifically, we do not collect:

• 个人身份信息 —— 姓名、邮箱、电话号码等,因为我们没有账号与注册系统。 Personally identifiable information — name, email, phone number, etc., because we have no account or registration system.
• 使用与遥测数据 —— 我们不记录浏览历史、操作日志、崩溃堆栈或设备标识符。 Usage and telemetry data — we do not log viewing history, actions, crash stacks or device identifiers.
• 图片内容 —— 你查看、裁剪、识别的任何图片内容,均在本地处理,我们无法访问。 Image content — any image you view, crop or recognize is processed locally and is inaccessible to us.
• 定位、通讯录、日历等敏感信息 —— 本 App 不请求此类权限,也不具备相关功能。 Sensitive data such as location, contacts or calendars — the App neither requests nor has any such capability.

你通过 Mac App Store 下载本 App 时,Apple 可能会依据其自身的隐私政策处理你的交易信息(如 Apple ID 与购买记录),这与本 App 无关,请参阅 Apple 的隐私政策。 When you download the App from the Mac App Store, Apple may process your transaction data (such as Apple ID and purchase history) under its own Privacy Policy; this is outside our control. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

03图片、文件与 OCRImages, Files and OCR

当你打开一张图片或一个文件夹时,本 App 仅在当前设备上读取这些内容,用于在窗口中显示与浏览。所有高级功能同样在本地完成: When you open an image or a folder, the App reads that content only on your device, solely to display it. All advanced features also run locally:

• OCR 文字识别 —— 调用 macOS 系统能力,在你的设备上离线完成文字识别,不依赖任何网络服务。 OCR text recognition — powered by macOS system frameworks, completed offline on your device with no network service involved.
• 裁剪、抠图与增强 —— 全部为本地算法运算,处理结果仅写入你指定的位置。 Crop, cutout and enhancement — all local computation; results are written only where you choose.
• 文件夹与搜索 —— 排序、筛选与 OCR 检索索引仅存在于内存与本机,App 退出后即清除。 Folders and search — sorting, filtering and OCR indexes live only in memory or on your machine, and are cleared when the App quits.

我们没有任何服务器来接收、存储或中转你的图片与文件。断网状态下,全部功能依然可用。 We operate no servers to receive, store or relay your images or files. All features work fully offline.

04数据存储与安全Storage and Security

• 无云端存储 —— 我们不建立、也不使用任何云服务器存储你的数据。 No cloud storage — we neither operate nor use any cloud servers to store your data.
• 本地偏好 —— 你的主题、快捷键等偏好设置仅保存在本机,不会同步到任何账户或云端。 Local preferences — settings such as themes and shortcuts are stored on your machine only, and are never synced to any account or cloud.
• 卸载即清除 —— 将 OmyPicture 移入废纸篓并删除后,本 App 写入的全部本地数据(偏好、索引、缓存)随之删除。 Uninstall wipes everything — when you delete OmyPicture from your Mac, all local data it wrote (preferences, indexes, caches) is removed with it.
• 数据最小化 —— 由于我们不收集数据,也就没有可被泄露、丢失或滥用数据面。 Data minimization — because we collect nothing, there is no data surface to leak, lose or abuse.

05与第三方共享Sharing with Third Parties

我们不会出售、出租、交易或以任何形式向第三方披露你的信息。本 App 不包含任何第三方广告、分析或追踪框架。 We do not sell, rent, trade or disclose your information to any third party in any form. The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking frameworks.

唯一例外是法律要求:若法律法规、司法程序或政府主管机关依法要求,我们将在法律允许的范围内配合。鉴于我们不持有任何用户数据,此类情况在事实上难以发生。 The sole exception is legal compliance: if laws, judicial proceedings or government authorities require it, we will comply to the extent permitted by law. In practice this is virtually impossible since we hold no user data.

06权限说明Permissions

本 App 仅在功能需要时请求权限,且全部遵循 macOS 的隐私保护机制,你可以在「系统设置 → 隐私与安全性」中随时查看和撤回: The App requests permissions only when a feature needs them, always through macOS privacy protections. You can review and revoke them anytime in System Settings → Privacy & Security:

• 文件与文件夹访问 —— 仅用于你主动打开的图片与文件夹,用于显示与浏览。 Files and folders — used only for images and folders you choose to open, for display and browsing.
• 剪贴板 —— 仅在你主动执行复制、粘贴图片或文字时使用。 Clipboard — used only when you explicitly copy or paste an image or text.
• 屏幕使用(仅限需要时) —— 用于「贴图钉图」「Live Text」等需要在桌面上展示或识别内容的功能,仅在你主动启用时生效。 Screen usage (feature-gated) — for features like pinning images or Live Text; active only when you enable them.

任何权限均不会被用于数据收集或追踪目的。 No permission is ever used for data collection or tracking purposes.

07儿童隐私Children’s Privacy

本 App 面向一般用户,不针对儿童设计,也不面向儿童提供定向内容或功能。由于我们不收集任何个人信息,包括儿童在内的所有用户均不存在个人信息被收集的可能。若你发现我们意外收集了任何此类信息,请联系我们,我们将立即核实并处理。 The App is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children, nor does it offer targeted content or features for children. Since we collect no personal information, no personal data of any user — including children — can be collected. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

08你的权利与控制Your Rights and Control

• 完全掌控 —— 你的图片与数据始终由你掌控:是否打开、是否导出、是否删除,均由你决定。 Full control — your images and data remain entirely yours: opening, exporting and deleting are always your call.
• 无需账户,即无删除流程 —— 我们没有账号系统,因此不存在需要「注销账户」或「申请删除数据」的流程。 No account, nothing to delete — there is no account system, so there is no account-deletion or data-removal request to file.
• 撤回权限 —— 你可以随时在 macOS 系统设置中撤回本 App 的各项权限,功能将随之受限,但不影响你删除本 App。 Revoke permissions — you can revoke any App permission in macOS System Settings at any time; the related features will be limited, and you can always delete the App.

09政策变更Changes to This Policy

如果我们未来因功能演进而需要更新本政策,我们将在本页面发布最新版本,并更新页首的生效日期。重大变更(如开始收集数据)将以显著方式提前告知。我们始终坚持的原则不会改变:本地优先、最小收集、零上传。 If this policy ever needs to change due to feature evolution, we will publish the latest version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes (such as the introduction of data collection) will be announced prominently in advance. Our principles will not change: local-first, minimal collection, zero upload.
